STAR Method Quiz Review

E-LEARNING MODULE USING ADOBE CAPTIVATE

A demo video and client ready media asset were created to review the STAR Method approach to answering behavioral questions for a successful interview. Many interviewees have trouble organizing their thoughts when asked to answer a question about a past experience. The STAR Method is a technique that with practice can make any interview a less stressful one.

The eLearning module consists of signaling with flip cards for review. Sound and animation of buttons and characters add an immersive learning experience. Closed caption is also a great addition to the module, helping students who are hearing impaired and notetakers. A one minute video is included to give a quick review to students of the STAR Method and is included in the remediation portion of the quiz to help students retain new learning.
