CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING MODULE USING ADOBE XD

Purrfectionary, a chain of cat boutiques, has a desire to increase customer satisfaction and productivity. The customer service training module was created to help sales associates and managers increase sales, build confidence, and build customer relationships after sales associates implemented techniques practiced in training.


A training needs assessment has been created to learn more about employee needs. An infographic of key components of the training module was created as a preview and review of the training program. A project design brief was created to brief all stakeholders of the program expectations and the e-learning training module was created for sales associates and managers to increase their customer service skills. The training program can be completed using multiple devices and includes a scenario game.

The presentation addressed the problem, how the customer service training would help sales associates and managers increase sales, build confidence, and build customer relationships after sales associates implemented techniques practiced in training. To complete the four minute module presentation, BenSound, ScreenFlow, Keynote, Adobe Stock Images, and Adobe XD were used.
